I’m an Apple fan and think Siri is “ok” in its limited use, but Apple’s routine creation is garbage. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone that wants a robust home automation solution. It’s been like that for years and probably will be for years to come. They should be embarrassed.

I use Apple ecosystem and I also have the Drone Mobile and Compustar Alarm for my truck, I can control and see everything on my phone and Watch from unlocking my front door or even unlocking my truck with my watch it just works. I can see my camera’s and control my thermostat from my watch too…..I do also have the S22 Ultra and new Ultra watch from Samsung and the drone mobile just does not work as good with that system. I have yet to find something I CANT control with Apple Home,

Ive got all 3, out of the 3, i think Google is best, but seems to not be as good as it once was when i first starting using them years ago. Honestly i wish there was a ChatGPT smart type device, i really dont care if it only answered my questions. I have it on my phone, and i never use google anymore, chat can tell me anything i ask, weather is regarding my car, video doorbell, watever. Id buy one in a second.
if apple intelligence comes to the home devices I am switching to apple.

I just started using Alexa and even though none of my smart devices are more than 30 feet away from my router. 75% of the time Alexa will answer buy saying device unresponsive. I am not impressed with Alexa.

Siri is near useless… unless you like to hear "I found the following results on the web" while you’re driving and just need to know if there is a fuel station close by. If I wanted to view web results I would have picked up my phone and used a web browser to search myself. Horrible. It’s even worse on something like the Apple Watch, where you’re obviously trying to HEAR the answer to something (either because you’re driving, walking, etc., and don’t or can’t whip out your phone or laptop to search yourself. Unless you ask Siri "What’s two plus two?" you’re going to get "I found the following results on the web" type answers. Pitiful.
